As the possibility of the third world war teeters before our eyes, external global forces continue to control most of Afrika under their 'mafia' tethers. Continued anti-African (anti-black) racism, especially beyond the shores of Afrika, ranks highly on our concerns. Our lessons from Afrika's political liberation wave to the tumbling of South Africa's apartheid regime in 1994 are poignantly authoritative and demand a new impetus to act - a renaissance and a reset - the New Afrikan Narrative.
Anti-Afrikan eugenics, incurable laboratory diseases, unguaranteed vaccines, genetically modified organisms (GMO) foods, poverty-inducing/immunity-diminishing patented seeds, a profit-focused pharmaceutical industry, and esoteric ubiquitous cancer-causing agents in products used or consumed on a daily basis are examples that have created, inter alia, oppression, suppression, and, consequently, depression amongst Afrikans of all persuasions across the globe.
Others are subterfuge wars in mineral-rich regions designed to divert attention from the plunder of Afrikan resources and deliberately created instability in regions in order to maintain imperial control while extorting Afrikan wealth, as recently witnessed in the Sahel region. Also, interrogating climate change - ascertaining facts and investigating manipulation.
These and many other concerns are compelling Afrika to take global urgent and extraordinary measures.
Previous efforts to confront this historic injustice include the First All African Conference held in Accra, Ghana (1958), the second in Tunis, Tunisia (1960), and the third in Cairo, Egypt (1961). These conferences yielded remarkable results for our civil liberties and political freedoms, and yet we still grapple with neo-colonialism and social injustice. Therefore, unless Afrika transforms into one nation, the future for all Afrikans is cast in serious inevitable jeopardy.
Pan Afrikanism, building on a long history of the anti-slavery, anti-racist, anti-colonial, and anti-apartheid legacies, is now evolving, under the New Afrikan Narrative, into a compelling Virtual Afrika that is global and all-inclusive, with its base on the Afrikan Continent to One Afrika as a precursor for the Federation of Afrika!
